Plant Project, being promoted by Unihaz Commercial
Company Ltd (UCC) in partnership with a foreign
technical partner to produce Mineral Water
(Still and Sparkling) and
Juice (varieties) under a well known brand
name.
Estimated Project Cost is about $32m. The Plant will be located on a parcel of land in Suleja, Niger State belonging to the key promoter of the Project. Suleja is a suburb of Abuja, The Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria.
Global Partner as a Financial Consultants to UCC will be responsible for feasibility study, pre-contract negotiation and agreement with the Vendor, Business Plan preparation, funding procurement and implementation support and business advisory services.
We are currently engaged with the Technical Partner in pre-operational planning prior to business plan development.
