This is a $20m Ethanol production project, promoted by Mindhub Technologies Limited (MTL), a private limited liability Nigerian Company incorporated mainly to take advantage of viable business opportunities in Nigeria through the application of technology to produce goods and services for export and local consumptions. The promoter is proposing to set-up a Fuel Ethanol Production Plant in Nigeria using cassava as a feedstock.

Global Partner is mandated to assist the company in conducting a feasibility study with the view of advising the company on the economic viability of the proposed project.

Global Partner has since concluded and submitted the feasibility report which indicates that the project is viable. Subsequent to the submission of report, MTL has mandated Global Partner to prepare a Private Placement Memorandum for the purposes of raising Equity for the Project. MTL proposes to raise $5m in Equity and $15m in Debt to finance the Project
