TCA Network Nigeria Limited (TCA) is a start-up regional telecommunication company being promoted by a group of Nigerians resident in the United States of America in collaboration with their local partners in Nigeria. TCA is proposing to launch a Fixed Wireless Network in Nigeria.

Global Partners was engaged to prepare a Feasibility Report for the Project as part of the documentation required for the procurement of operating license by the Nigerian Communication Commission (NCC).

The Feasibility Report was completed and submitted. We supported TCA in the oral presentation in defense of the Application for License to NCC. TCA has since being issued with an operating Lincense.

In anticipation of its License being issued by NCC, TCA has mandated Global Partners to prepare a 5-Year Business Plan and a Private Placement Memorandum for the purposes of raising Debt and Equity to finance the project.

TCA is opened to individual and private equity investors from within and outside Nigeria.
